At our last AGM, a brave lady, Charmian Christie of Guelph, Ontario, stepped forward and suggested that she would be willing to create a Cuisine Canada Blog so that our mandate of providing a platform for communications amongst members is further served. Well, she’s done it! She’s assembled a small team, created the blog and drawn up a series of guidelines. Although it will be open to the public to post questions, its primary goal is to allow Cuisine Canada Members to inspire and educate each another in culinary terms from coast to coast.

So I’m turning this virtual stage over to Charmian to enlighten us all!

See you in cyber-space!
